Aspegren Denmark hereby declare that all our Tin Boxes or Cake Tins supplied by Aspegren Denmark are in compliance with existing legislation on materials and items used in contact with foodstuff.

The legislation include:

•  EU directive  1895/2005 of 18th of November 2005  and EU ordinances 1935/2004 and 2023/2006 (re. cake tins)

Our supplier of  Tin Boxes / Cake Tins has had these products tested by SGS Europe, who has approved all of them according to existing legislation and recommended  test methods.
