How do we get a reponse from Pick TV as to what happened?Margaret Kathleen Carney posted on Tuesday 9th October 2012 at 14:05

I am furious. I watched The Biggest Loser Australia daily on Freeview Channel 11 Pick TV at 2 pm. Tuned in yesterday and it has gone! How can a broadcasting company simply cut off a programme when it is only into its 4th week of 12! I tried to complain to Pick TV but could not find a telephone number or an email address for them. As it seemed to be part of Sky Broadcasting, I got onto them by phone. Was just left holding on by Mary, who put me on hold and never came back. Then I tried the Live Chat section and got Wassim. You had to type in your questions and then he replied. Well he must be the slowest typing in the country. I got fed up and cut short the typing exercise with him. I am still none the wiser as to
cheap ray bans why they have taken off this very interesting programme, after spending almost a hour of my life, which I will never get back. Obviously with Pick TV customer is always wrong I won bother with that channel again CarneyBrigitte West posted on Tuesday 9th October 2012 at 14:23

Well done Margaret
fake ray bans for trying it possible they don realise their mistake?Margaret Kathleen Carney posted on Tuesday 9th October 2012 at 16:08

Thanks Brigitte. Pick TV are part of Sky Broadcasting. I have spent one and a half hours trying to find out why they cut the programme. I rang 0207 705 3000 got Ann. She said ring Viewer Relations on 08442 410265. Did that got Robbie. He said it is due to come back onto the screen on 31 October and it will be the rest of Series 3 that we have been watching, so at least we will know who has won it. I then said why did they take it off, he doesn know. So I have just penned a letter to Pick TV, Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 5QD complaining bitterly about how Pick TV are treating their viewers. I have asked for an explanation as to why they took the programme off, as after having spent one and a half hours trying to find out, I am none the wiser. Let us see what they say. Shameful way to treat viewersKay Heywood posted on Tuesday 9th October 2012 at 16:32

Thanks very much Margaret for letting us know this. I have been inspired to lose weight by watching this series so it really annoying to have to do without it. I wonder if they have an email address?Margaret Kathleen Carney posted on Tuesday 9th October 2012 at 17:31

Hi Kay, thanks for your comments. Re email address, no I couldn find one. I think it is quite obvious that they don want anyone getting through to them. They must have been inundated with phone calls to the Viewer Relations tel. no. 08442 410 265. You can eventually get through on that number, but I got the impression they really weren all
cheap ray bans that interested. They have taken off the programme it returns on 31 October, and that is that. That is why I sent them a letter of complaint. I always think the written word is better than a phone call which they can just say they have no record of. Address to write to is : Pick TV, Grant Way, Isleworth, Middx. TW7 5QD.
