Terms for shopping on www.aspegren.dk : 



All prices on aspegren.dk are incl. VAT. We reserve the rights for printing errors, change in pricing, sold out items and delayed deliveries.

The delivery is handled by post (initially Post Danmark) and your goods will be packed and sent from our warehouse within 3-5 working days. Should an item be sold out, we will send the remaining items, and inform you upon receipt of the order.

You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, EuroCard, JCB, Diners Club and EPAY, when shopping on aspegren.dk. We will not cash the order until the day we send your order from our warehouse.

Security: 
aspegren.dk uses the safety protokol  SSL, which is a worldwide acknowledged security system. cryptizing the information between your internet browser and our internet server. This means, that the information you register when paying with your credit card is protected during the transfer from your computer to us.

Claims or faulty deliveries: According to the law you have 2 years warranty on your purchase. The period is calculated from the day you receive your goods. If you have a claim or receive a faulty product, you should contact us as soon as you discover the problem, and then return the product to us. If we find that our claim is legitimate, we will send you a new item free of charge. If the product is sol out or if you have received a product you did not order we will return your payment to you, unless you ask for another product.

Cancellation: 
You have 14 days rigth of cancellation, calculated from the day you receive your goods. If you regret your purchase from us, you need to inform us no later than 14 days after receipt of your product, and then you must return the product to us immediately after. It is your duty to return the product unused, and in the original packaging. You can wave your right of cancellation by not receiving the product, when it is delivered or by returning it to Aspegren Denmark. The costs of returning the product is your concern.
